Life can feel meaningless with the sadness and disruptive symptoms of complex PTSD. Permaculture offers a simplified connected life-style and inside perspective to feel connected again with your own existence. PTSD creates feelings of isolation, pain, and the desire to shut off. Permaculture can help to bring back simple connections with the earth, your body, and others. By focusing on choices on the simplest level; diet, shelter, activity, and bringing those choices into the realm of sustainability. . which in it's purest form is caring for yourself and others. .

Sometimes I mistake "excitement" for life itself, and I sometimes crave a certain kind. Then, I found that boredom can actually be way more interesting and self-loving. It can lead to a calmer nervous system, and to being home in myself and experiencing peace (however brief). Finding your calm, in what ever way works for you personally, is healing for trauma survivors -- like me, Thal 🐿 hehe

Always come back to yourself. I have found out I have a self. I didn't even know. Come back accept what's there no matter what. No matter what it is there's a reason and we might not even know. Let it be ok let it all be ok. You/ I am home in myself/ with my heart. I love you I say, even if I think or feel I don't mean it. . . I do more and more. It's practice.

Its seems like double trauma with events in the US. I go for walks, take breaks from my mind, and try to dwell in the ultimate of the present moment. What do you do?
