Growing muscle is easy when you know what to do 💪🏾
My 5 Tips To Grow Muscle
1) Perform more compound movements - Sticling to fundamental movements like, pull-ups, squats, bench press, deadlifts are great ways to make sure you are activating muscl hypertrophy.
2)Increase the amount of reps per set - 5-10 is a great way to strengthen muscles when just beginning to workout, but if you are looking to greatly increase muscle strength 12-15 reps is ideal for overall muscle development
3)Workout 4-5 times a week is just that - the more you workout the more you muscle have a chance to grow
4) Rest and recover - Make sure to rest your body in order to reduce injury and allow time for you muscles to heal
5)Eat to grow - eating the right foods makes all the difference. Health and fitness begins in the kitchen and eating nutrient packed meals will ensure that you body has what it needs to grow and develop and repeat.
