New for Spring! …. We are adding Garshana to our service list.
Garshana is an Ayurvedic scrub using silk gloves to gently buff the body before either of our full body oil treatments, Abhyanga or Vishesh. Think dry brush but gentler on the skin, gentler on the body. This practice allows the oil to soak in deeper, and promotes lymphatic circulation. This is an add on treatment only.
