Join Us Thru Zoom.com for our Early Bird Live Classes : Our trial run is in the morning at 8 am. Hopefully we can work out all the quirks and be able to socialize and exercise together again.

You need a mat, bodyball and hand weights.
After the trial run We are planning Tues-Thurs from 6:30-7:15am
It will be a class full of mixed cardio (Zumba, Drills and Kickbox) and resistance training. Invite your friends it will be fun!
