Happy International Paramedics Day to our favorites….the elite, the unstoppable, the chronically over-caffeinated — Jody, Darby, Alisha, and Wes.

Let’s start with Jody — the only person who can run a full code mid-air and still complain that someone messed with “his” monitor settings. If sarcasm was a treatment protocol, he’d have it certified and laminated.

Then there’s Darby, walking around like he invented critical care transport — and honestly, he might have. Just don’t ask him to work a shift without his snacks, playlist, or emotional support tumbler.

Alisha? She’s equal parts brain, brawn, and brutal honesty. She’ll drop a 14-gauge in your jugular and a roast in your soul without breaking eye contact. We respect it. We’re also a little afraid.

And Wes — if confidence was fuel, we wouldn’t need Jet A. He says he’s “just doing his job,” but somehow manages to make it look like a movie trailer every single shift.

You’re all brilliant, bold, and exactly the kind of unhinged we need when the chaos hits the fan. Thank you for all you do!
