As we close out our week celebrating the incredible nurses who care for our residents with such compassion, patience, and servant hearts every single day — we want to give a very special shoutout to our Director of Nursing, Vanna.

She truly is the best of the best. Vanna leads with heart, holds herself and our team to the highest standards, and pours so much into both our residents and staff. This week, she went above and beyond to make sure our nursing team felt appreciated and celebrated — just another example of the kind of leader she is every day.

We are incredibly grateful for her leadership and so honored to have her as part of The Oaks family. 💙

Nurses Week at The Oaks Post Acute is in full swing and we’ve already had so much fun celebrating the incredible nurses who keep this place going every single day!

So far we’ve had retro vibes, great food, laughs, games, and lots of appreciation for the team that gives so much to our residents and families year-round — and we’re not done yet 👏✨

We’ve still got more fun planned the rest of the week, and we can’t wait to keep celebrating the heart of The Oaks Post Acute ☮️💛

The Oaks Post Acute team had an incredible time at the PACS Marketing Summit last week! ✨

It was a valuable opportunity to learn, connect, and collaborate with other teams across the organization. We’re bringing back fresh ideas, stronger alignment, and an even greater focus on how we serve our patients, families, and referral partners every day.

Grateful to be part of a team that’s always striving to grow, improve, and deliver the highest level of care.

Whew, what a weekend!! 🌹 Rain or shine, we had such a great time being part of the 53rd Annual Festival of Roses!

It was such a great reminder of what makes our community so special. We loved getting to know all the amazing vendors, enjoying the delicious food, and especially seeing so many of our residents’ family members stop by to say hello ❤️

We are so proud to be part of such a beautiful and supportive community!
