With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare, Bobbie Mobley-Hughes has built a career rooted in compassion, dedication, and growth. Beginning as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a nursing home, she spent 10 years providing hands-on care and forming meaningful connections with patients.

She then transitioned to the emergency department, working five years as an ER technician before advancing to an ER nurse for three years. Today, she proudly serves as a Unit Manager, continuing her commitment to leadership and patient-centered care.

Beyond her professional life, she is a devoted mother of two who finds joy in supporting her children’s passions. Whether cheering on her son at sporting events or watching her daughter express creativity through drawing and music, family remains at the heart of everything she does. Her love for healthcare and caring for others extends far beyond the workplace—it’s truly a calling!

Tarneaka is a dedicated wife and mother of four who takes great pride in her family and finds joy in watching her sons play basketball and baseball. She is a graduate of Claflin University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She is also a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc..

With over 21 years of experience in her facility, Tarneaka has worked across several departments, gaining a well-rounded understanding of her field. For the past three years, she has served as a Social Services Director, a role she is deeply passionate about. Her commitment to helping others and her love for what she does are evident in her daily work and long-standing dedication to her profession.

Shameka Robinson is mother of 3 beautiful kids. She was born and raised here in Orangeburg, SC. She attended OCtech for about a year, and she is both a Certified Nursing Assistant and Activity Director. She has been working as a CNA for 11 years and serving as our Activity Director for almost 3 years.

What she loves most about Edisto is how family-oriented we are. We truly care for our residents like our own family and support one another every day.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and creating lasting memories together.

Courtney Finken has been part of the Edisto Post Acute family since 2018 and proudly serves as Director of Rehabilitation as of 2025.

Her connection to Edisto began in 2017 during her clinical rotations, where she found her passion for patient care and a workplace she truly considers home.

Known for her dedication and hands-on leadership, Courtney is committed to supporting both her team and the individuals they serve.

Outside of work, she is a proud mom of five and has been married for six years. She enjoys spending time outdoors, especially working in her yard, being with her family, and relaxing on the water.
