In case we haven't met yet, I’m Lauren! I'm the human, mom, and therapist behind Millennial Mama Therapy.
I help parents FEEL GOOD in parenthood—not just survive—by deconstructing society's unhelpful and often toxic expectations so they can discover their unique version of parenthood and THRIVE.
I blend evidence-based therapy, developmental research, somatic tools, humor, and a lot of real-life honesty to create spaces where parents feel deeply understood and practically supported.
