It has been a long while since I have posted here. 30 minutes of uninterrupted alone time in a studio felt like a good come back. I am overjoyed to have the opportunity to take time to feel into my own skin once again. This was for no one else, no audience, just for me. A wonderful reminder that I am a being that needs to create and move. Here is to a new year around the sun, and that this coming birth year will bring more joy in movement.

Resting in my body! It feels amazing and sacred!

I have been about traveling for the past month catching up and seeing family, which has been a dream. However, when I am on the road I tend to go from doing yoga about 4 times a week to maybe once a week. My practice suffers, and yes that is okay, bc I can't do it all, all the time. But this morning I did a nice slow flow and getting embodied was so needed for myself.

Tonight's class is about starting fresh, starting over, going slow and saying hello to our joints and body. What a gift it is to give ourselves time to be with our own vessel. Join me tonight for Very Varied Vinyasa @ 7:00pm MST if you would like to get back into the yoga groove. You can always request the recording ! :)

Tonight is a great night to start again.

Announcement! To all the wonderful supportive people whom take my yoga classes. I will not be teaching on Tuesday June 8th or Thursday June 10th. I will be at the Beach with my family enjoying the sun, water, and glorious company of my dear loved ones. Thanks for understanding and I will see you the following week. :)

What a glorious day to do some ! I decided to do my class under the blue sky for myself today.

In tonight's class we do a Moving Mudra Meditation on Harmony.

I have been told that last night's class was a favorite! Very Varied Vinyasa - Twist, Turn, Tower, Topple is available to purchase. Practice on your own time. This class engages the full body and to me is a delightful challenge.

We all topple and stumble on and off the mat. Practicing yoga for me is a great way to prepare for the stumbles of life. Train body, spirt, and mind with me!
