We’ve recently renovated our brand new facility with three state of the art studio spaces totaling over 8000 sq feet, Buff & Flo offers multiple styles of classes all under one roof.

Join us at Hideaway Bay Resort for BALANCE & BEATS by the Beach! will lead you through a 60 minute yoga flow to live music with our very own DJ Terry, followed by a refreshing mimosa! You are invited to stay after for brunch or rent a cabana and enjoy the rest of the day at the resort. 🏖️ Hideaway Bay is located at 42 Lake Avenue in Silvercreek, NY. It’s the perfect location for a summer day adventure with your friends. We’ll see you at the beach on your mat!
