Both spaces feature state of the art studios totaling over 11,000 sq feet Buff & Flo offers multiple styles of classes all under one roof.

Studio Update! As you’ve probably noticed, we are in the process of revamping our parking lot at Buff & Flo 🙌 Therefore, we will be closed starting Thursday 5/21 at 10:30am through Friday 5/22 for paving and parking lot repairs. All classes at the Main Studio during that time will be CANCELLED, classes at the Satellite Studio will remain on the schedule!

We apologize for any inconvenience but cannot wait for our upgraded parking lot to be complete soon ✨

If a class was cancelled that you have signed up for already, that credit will be back into your Mindbody Account to use at another time.

Requirements:
Barre- Must be trained through a national recognized Barre program (preferably recognized by Barre Fitness Association)
Yoga- 200 RYT required (Yoga Alliance Preferred)

We’re excited to be offering more MENTL — Mobility for Men sessions at Buff & Flo!

MENTL is a men’s-only movement session designed to build strength, mobility, and control through structured, intentional work.

Each class includes:
• Stillness and breathing
• Core and isometric strength
• Mobility and flow
• Stretching and breath work
