Fun fact, between February and June of this year, the NIH (National Institute of Health) terminated more than 1800 grants and obligated $8 billion less toward new and existing grants, which included cancer research.

This month, we are training. Because on Oct. 5th, I will be walking in the , a full marathon so we can support cancer research.

I walk for those who can’t, for those who are too ill, for those who are trying to survive.

This is One of my favorite purchases & Fun for the whole family. When they help, It is messy and pure chaos. Yet, I think we all need a little mess to remember to greatness of being in the kitchen.

My family loves to make juice and That’s why we are bringing the juicer to class.

Our summer at (located within ) was everything I could ask for!
From Book & Cook, Kids Cooking Class and all the way to Away We Grow, I am not sure if I can pick my favorite. Everyone is so excited to learn & play in the learning center. Thank you for an amazing summer as always friends !

New classes are being added as we speak. Until then, keep exploring!

UpBeet cooking is about strong kids and strong families. That is why I stand up for families who experience cancer. This disease like so many, destroy people and their families. I hate that.

That’s what I fight. I walk a marathon every year to fight for those who can’t. To support those who need it. To help fund research so others do not have to experience the pain.

This or That at was just amazing this week!

For Pie week these kiddos made a fruit & cream pie, a peach and blueberry pie with crumb topping as well as a pie in a jar.

We cooked, we created, we cleaned and we had so much fun!

Come join us next week where we create all things that “pop” !
