Simple Posture Test!
Use the Wall Test to test your neck, back and shoulder posture. Stand with your back against a wall, arms at your sides palms touching outer legs, back of head against the wall.
Ideally, this is easy to do and feels tolerable.
If you can’t touch your head to the wall, or if you have to raise your chin to do it, it may be a sign of forward head/round shoulders posture. This leads to neck and shoulder dysfunction. Try it and let me know what you find!
