Help keep our campus running smoothly & safely by performing building maintenance, assisting with mechanical system repairs, maintaining the grounds & ensuring the safety of our Community Members.

✅ Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, or HVAC is a plus.
✅ Hourly Range: $17.75–$21.00 (based on experience).

We recently hosted a Pour Party in the South Lounge & got a front-row seat as the construction team poured the concrete foundation for one of our new additions! 🏗️

Then we started up our Open Hours Pop-Up tours. While the trusses were delayed, we still made great use of the time by sharing documents, walking residents through how the trusses will be installed, & answering lots of great questions about what’s ahead.

Progress is happening, conversations are flowing & we can’t wait to keep building (literally & figuratively)!

Fox Run is looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our community as a Maintenance Technician/Security Guard!

This full-time role offers shifts from 3–11pm or 11pm–7am & plays a key part in keeping our campus safe, secure & well maintained.

You’ll handle general repairs, preventive maintenance, grounds upkeep, safety rounds & assist with Community Member emergencies. Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is a plus.

💵 $17–$20/hour, based on experience

Our MVP Spotlight Is Dolly! 🌟

Dolly has excelled as Program Coordinator for Assisted & Memory Care at Fox Run! From starting as a Server to now leading our AL/MC team, she’s shown incredible growth, dedication, & heart over her 10+ years here. Most recently, she covered 60 open LPN shifts in September by working closely with her team to ensure our Community Members received the care they deserve.

Dolly is respected by staff, Community Members, & families alike, and we are so lucky to have her on our team. Here’s to her continued growth & success at Fox Run!
