The Buffalo Bills pulled off a win yesterday, and we can’t help but notice the similarities to a Pilates class at Symmetry:

🏈 Bills: precision passes, strong core, and lots of teamwork.
🧘 Symmetry Pilates: precision movements, strong core (literally), and lots of teamwork on the reformers.
