I help clients, typically between 40 and 90 years old, who are enduring chronic joint pain in areas such as the back, neck, hip, or knees. My clients have often exhausted conventional treatments—ranging from medications and physical therapy to surgeries—without finding sufficient relief. Typically the clients I work with are fed up with experiencing disappointments in their body and have seen many doctors and specialists before they discover our work. I teach them how to become stronger, overcome obstacles, and create a lifetime of health and healing.

If your quads tend to do all the work, your hips and glutes may not be contributing the way they should.

That pattern is called being quad dominant, and it often shows up as tight hips, lower back tension, or glutes that feel difficult to activate.

This is me in the morning. The weather is beautiful here right now and here's me doing a little crawling exercise. I like to do for some lateral crawls early in the morning.

I left the sounds of the morning. Birds chirping, dogs, and wind in this clip because it feels right.

Working with Primal movements...

I didn't do it as a New Year's resolution but around the turn of 2025-2026, I decided to start hanging from every high branch, pull up bar, and archway I could. Squatting and crawling every single day. I'm proud to report that I couldn't even hang my own body weight before January to complete 10 reps of deltoid pull ups and now I'm up to eight deltoid lifts and six chin ups and the number keeps climbing
