My approach includes being that "someone" that can assist you on your journey toward a happier and mentally healthier future. Mental health includes a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own potential in coping with life's many stressors and can work productively while contributing to his or her community. In a safe and respectful environment we can journey together to i

dentify and work through past and present experiences that cause distress, irrational thinkning, and unstable mood. I utilize an approach that incorporates a multitude of theories including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and reality therapy. Common topics:
