Our instructor Lauren is back after welcoming her sweet baby into the world, and we’re so excited to welcome her home to the mat.
She’s bringing two deeply supportive and intentional offerings to our studio:

🤰 Prenatal Yoga | Sundays @ 11:30am
A nurturing blend of strength, mobility, breathwork, and relaxation designed to support pregnancy and prepare both mind and body for birth. Expect a safe, empowering space to move, connect, and slow down during this special season.
