For Cooking:

Ghee: Ideal for high-heat cooking, ghee is rich in fat-soluble vitamins and free from milk solids.
Coconut Oil: With its medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), it’s great for frying and baking, offering quick energy and fat burning benefits.
Avocado Oil: Perfect for searing and roasting, it has a high smoke point and is loaded with monounsaturated fats.

For Dressing:

Olive Oil: A staple in the Mediterranean diet, this oil is fantastic for cold dishes and drizzling over salads, rich in antioxidants and monounsaturated fats.
