Expecting Mamas! We have something VERY special for you...

Body awareness, body movement, breathwork, and calming the nervous system all in one space - with Prenatal Yoga classes!

Classes will be held with women in the same gestational period. We are currently holding classes with women who have expected delivery dates in August this year🤰

Theresa's energy is so incredible, these will be not want to miss classes!

90 minute classes once a month, Saturdays, 11 to 12:30

I am thrilled to announce that we have a new member joining our team!!

Originally hired as our Prenatal Specialist, I quickly realized that her experience and passion spans well beyond just that.

She is a woman who loves to support other women in all phases of life. Her knowledge and experience will undoubtedly benefit so many in our community! The fastest promotion ever- She quickly moved from our Prenatal Specialist to our Women's Health Specialist ❤️

She is so very passionate about holding space for women in all phases of life and I could not be more excited for her commitment to our community. I am thrilled to see the impact she makes in this very much needed space.

I now am honored to introduce to you, Theresa Moore!

Theresa began her career in natural wellness in the early 90’s as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and health club manager. Her passion for wellness grew and in 1997 she completed her massage training to earn the title of Massage Therapist. Throughout her massage career, she had the opportunity to work in several wellness settings including a health club, spa, chiropractic office and in her private practice. Theresa has also worked in the corporate setting offering chair massage and teaching wellness workshops to company employees. She has volunteered at local health fairs offered at hospitals and corporate centers. In 2012, Theresa began working with the Cornell University Women’s Swim and Dive Team each year at the Ivy League Championships.

Her passion for holistic wellness led her to several certifications in massage therapy and bodywork. Some of her training includes warm stone massage, foot reflexology, prenatal massage, sports massage, cupping, warm bamboo massage, craniosacral therapy, chakra balancing, raindrop therapy, aromatherapy, herbal massage, shirodhara and marma point massage, guasha and she is a Reiki Master Teacher.

Theresa began her Thai massage journey in the early 2000’s while working at a day spa. She was introduced to herbal compress and learned how to use poultices in her massage sessions. She fell in love with Thai Massage and continued to pursue her education. She studied herbal compress with Rose Griscom and supine, prone, side lying, seated, table Thai, and Thai foot massage with Living Sabai. Theresa also studied pregnancy and postpartum Thai massage as well as Intro to Thai medical theory with Naj Jacobson. She recently completed a 30-hour Reusi Dat Ton training course with David Wells expanding her knowledge of Thai culture and the foundations of Thai Massage and medicine. Theresa traveled to Chaing Mai Thailand and studied advanced Lana stretching and knees and elbows at ITM. While in Thailand, she also had the opportunity to take the herbal compress training at OM Sala, bringing her love for Thai massage full circle from where she began.

Theresa is a 600 plus hour trained yoga teacher with an emphasis in prenatal and postpartum yoga, Kundalini, and Kundalini Chakra Dance. Theresa has also been a Zumba Teacher since 2010. Theresa’s passion in women’s health led to studying and becoming a Birth and Postpartum Doula. She is currently enrolled in Midwifery courses.

Theresa is also trained in Bach Flower Therapy, herbalism and herbal medicine making. She also has extensive training in Ayurvedic nutrition, herbs, practices and bodywork. Theresa has also studied the Enneagram and includes her extensive knowledge when supporting her clients.

When she is not working, she loves spending time on her farm with her husband, three children and animals. She enjoys gardening, watercolor painting, needle felting and embroidery. She enjoys the outdoors and spends time hiking and kayaking.

🌿 You Can Rewire Your Nervous System (And It Changes Everything)

Most people don’t realize this, but your body is always listening.

Not just to what you say…
But to what you’ve survived.
What you’ve normalized.
What you’ve had to push through.

Your nervous system is the control center behind your stress response, your energy levels, your digestion, your pain, your sleep, your emotions, and even how safe you feel in your own body.

And the best news?

✨ Your nervous system can be rewired.
You are not “stuck like this.”
You are not broken.
You are patterned.



✅ WHY We Want To Rewire The Nervous System

When your nervous system has been living in “survival mode” (stress, overwhelm, trauma, chronic pressure, emotional overload), it starts to treat normal life like a threat.

That can show up as:
• chronic tension in your neck/shoulders/jaw
• tight hips or low back pain that won’t quit
• exhaustion even after sleeping
• digestive issues (bloating, constipation, nausea)
• anxiety, irritability, overwhelm
• racing thoughts, “can’t shut my brain off”
• panic symptoms or feeling on edge
• low motivation, shutdown, numbness
• trouble focusing or feeling present
• inflammation + persistent pain patterns

Your body isn’t being dramatic.

Rewiring your nervous system isn’t about “just calming down.”

It’s about teaching your body—over and over—that it’s safe to come out of protection mode.

Here’s what actually works:

Slow breathing signals safety to the brain and creates a shift out of fight-or-flight.

Even 2–3 minutes helps.

👐 2. Bodywork + intentional touch

Massage isn’t “just a luxury.”

✅ you don’t have to brace anymore

When the body releases, the mind follows.

Gentle strength training (especially when paired with deep core + breath connection) can teach your body:

“I’m strong. I’m capable. I’m safe.”

🚶‍♀️ 4. Consistency over intensity

Your nervous system rewires through repetition—not through perfection.

Small daily practices > huge occasional effort.

🌿 5. Safety cues + environment shifts

Your body responds to what you see, hear, and feel around you.

Soft lighting. Grounding music. Warmth. Slower pace. Less stimulation.
These are not “extra.”
These are signals of safety.

Let's talk about the Nervous System:

The Nervous System controls our actions and responses, either voluntarily or involuntarily.

The involuntary controls are not only things like breathing, blinking and your heart beating - But, overtime we also develop learned involuntary actions.

For example if you rearrange your kitchen after years of having it one way, you are likely to walk to the place your refrigerator was a handful of times - not because you forgot you moved it, but because without thinking you went to that spot hundreds of times before, it's become a muscle memory response to take that action- you do it without even thinking. It's a learned auto wired neurological reaponse.

The same happens for emotional responses. If you have experience with someone who becomes explosive when confronted with things that make them uncomfortable, you may either learn to respond in a more explosive manner over time or you could behind to shut down and learn to not bring up things that may make them uncomfortable to avoid an explosive situation.

Some responses are very good for us, like naturally closing your eyes when dirt or sand is blowing into your face. Some responses are not very good for us, like the emotional response to the explosive person.

Most times, we are not aware of the patterns we have created for ourselves through life. But, something remarkable about this is that we can "hack" our nervous system to create new pathways, new responses, new emotional relationships to different circumstances.

Our body's job is to protect us, physically and emotionally. If we experience a trauma, the body will naturally do everything it can to prevent us from experiencing that trauma again. It analyzes everything in our surroundings and guides us to keep us safe.

The body remembers everything even if the mind doesn't - this is why people have flash backs to things that happened to them that they have forgotten when they begin to calm the nervous system and go on deep healing journeys.

If you are not programming your Nervous System then it is being programmed for you automatically as you live.

This week we will talk about HOW we can rewire our Nervous System, WHY we want to, and WHAT it can look like if we don't and if we DO.

You are a being of infinite power and potential, this is the year we will step into it.

Happy New Year (Almost 😉)

🌟2025 was a YEAR for us!

First and foremost - Thank YOU to our incredible clients who have made the dedication to yourselves to improve your health and wellness and for allowing us to be a part of that 💖

We have been quiet on here, but that will shift with 2026. We have some big things up our sleeves that we have been building up, losing sleep over sorting and gaining excitement to share with you 🤩

Starting this business was a dream of mine since 2016 - I was 23. I wanted to help people feel better and recognize the power they hold within.

In 2023 I founded Revitalized Wellness and since then my vision has only expanded. It is because of YOU that I do the work I do, and I am so thankful to all of my clients who trust me to work the work we do together.

Healing starts from within, and you have the power to shift anything in your life.

As we enter the TRUE New Year on Feb 17th, NOW is the time to start reflecting on what you want to build, create or amplify in the coming year.

We are leaving the shedding phase - but there is still some depth that we will revisit over the coming weeks- so, if your emotions seem a little whacky just be patient with yourself.

This year will be fast, the world will express chaos - it is written in Astrology. This is the year of revolution, of the power returning to the people and finally entering into The Age of Aquarius.

Remember, you have the power to control YOU and that is all 💜

Over the course of the next few weeks we will share the tools we have learned to help calm and balance our nervous system that helped us through some of the (if not THE) most difficult times of our lives the past handful of years.

Hi! Popping on here so say hi to the community- I am not on FB much these days - to be honest, you guys have blown my business out of the water and the more traction I get through social media the less availability I have for my OG clients - because I am only one me and there are so many people in pain and needing help.

So first and foremost- THANK YOU!! For being committed to your care, thank you for sharing your experience and success stories with your friends and neighbors, and thank you for helping me build this business from the ground up - organically.

My books right now are full until the end of July and I do expect that to change pretty quickly as I start to engage more on social media and get my emails going out monthly.

I started work in massage therapy TEN years ago, holy moly, and my passion has only grown since then.

I am beyond thankful for every one of you who have fueled my fire of creating a space where the ultimate healing can happen, from the inside out.

The younger brother of a boy on my U13 soccer team has been diagnosed with cancer.

He has been under medical care since Monday and they are still figuring out what the next steps will look like for him.

He is in the PICU at CHOP, mom, dad and big bro are trying to balance being there for him and holding normal life at home for big bro who still has to wake up and carry on as usual with school.

First and foremost I am asking for prayers for the family, please hold Maverick in your prayers for healing, Mom, Dad and Big Brother Jaxton for peace through this time.

Secondly, I have my Venmo link in the comments. I am working with close friends and extended family on their needs - which at this point seems to be good food and coffee.

In a time like this they should only have to focus on being together for each other. If anyone is in a position of making a monetary donation to the family, please use my Venmo link and comment “Maverick” when you send. All money received will go to the family.
