🫀 Correct hand placement is key to effective chest compressions. For adults:

1️⃣ Place the heel of one hand in the center of the chest.
2️⃣ Put your other hand on top, interlocking your fingers.
3️⃣ Keep your shoulders directly over your hands and push hard and fast.

Change compressors at least every 2 minutes! No shame in switching out sooner... people need high quality CPR with full chest recoil - not someone leaning on them about to code too.
