One of our patients was 31 years old – and wouldn't talk without covering her mouth with her hand.

Growing up with parents who didn't understand oral health created a cascade of problems – root canals, crowns, broken teeth, partial dentures, new cavities on existing dental work. By her 20s, her smile was breaking down.

When she came to us, she felt embarrassed and overwhelmed.

When teeth are crowded or overlap, it's nearly impossible to clean them effectively – even with the best brushing and flossing routines. Over time, this can lead to gingivitis, bone loss, and serious periodontal issues. 😬
