Who We Serve: Leaps & Bounds, LLC collaborates closely with individuals within the State of Oregon who experience intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Our Mission: To be of service to individuals who experience intellectual/developmental disabilities to build independence, self-assurance, and community inclusion. We do this by connecting our customers with a dedicated Life Skills Coach to work towards their goals in a supportive and safe environment that, in turn, creates the opportunity to thrive.

What We Do: Leaps & Bounds, LLC works together with individuals currently enrolled in i/dd services to match with a Life Skills Coach (DSP or PSW) of their choice. We work together with the individual's self-chosen support team to identify, train, and place the preferred Life Skills Coach for a valuable and long-term alliance.
