We provide the highest quality physical therapy, performance training, athletic medicine and wellness services to help each person meet their goals. We create a positive, fun environment where every patient is treated as an individual. Our focus is to decrease pain, improve sports and fitness performance and return patients to normal functional activities. We strive to provide the highest quality product with each member of our team reaching their highest level of education. We are a premier sports and orthopedic rehabilitation center located in Oregon City. We provide PHYSICAL THERAPY, FITNESS SERVICES, and WELLNESS SERVICES. We believe in living a “Fit & Well” life and try to help each one of our clients do the same. Whether you are a high school athlete, a professional golfer, a mother of 3 with back pain or need to rehab after surgery, we’ve got you covered.
