Congratulations to Chelsea Raker, Nurse Practitioner. Our Employee of the Month for July.

Chelsea started at Orchard Villa as a nurse practitioner in 2019. She attended The University of Toledo for her initial RN license before working in long-term care as a floor nurse for several years. She then graduated from The University of Cincinnati with her FNP-C in 2018. Chelsea is originally from Bryan, OH - however, she has called Toledo her home since 2007. She is married with one daughter.

With an impressive survey history and a staff with many long-term employees, we provide quality care in a warm, home-like environment. Our services include short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, skilled nursing, hospice care, and respite care. Our short term rehabilitation unit features private suites with private baths. Therapy services are provided in a well-appointed therapy gym equipped with the tools necessary to reestablish an independent lifestyle. Our facility also features a peaceful chapel and vibrant activities programming.
