Our beloved Jackie 💔 Jackie has served our community with compassion and kindness at the funeral chapel since 2014. She had a smile that could light up even the darkest days and a laugh that was contagious. We were so lucky she decided to join our team and have learned so much from her over the years. Jackie had a way of knowing how to take care of the people we serve by leading from her heart always with class and dignity. The Freck team will forever be missing our Jackie. She was one of a kind.

Honoring Mayor Marge Brown: A Final Journey Through Our City

The community is invited to come together in remembrance and gratitude as we honor the life and legacy of Mayor Marge Brown. A beloved leader, public servant, and friend, Mayor Marge Brown dedicated her life to serving our city and schools with compassion, vision, and unwavering dedication.

Funeral Procession Details
Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025
Time: 8:30am - 8:45am
Route: Parking available at Oregon Senior Center, Oregon Municipal Complex, Clay High School, and more. Please see the map for route details.
The procession will pause in front of the Oregon Municipal Complex and Clay High School in honor of her service to the community.

Residents are warmly invited to line the streets along the procession route to pay their respects and celebrate the extraordinary contributions of Mayor Marge Brown. Flags, flowers, and signs of appreciation are welcome as symbols of the community’s love and gratitude.

Let us stand together, united in remembrance, as we bid farewell to a leader who will forever remain in the heart of our city.
