Rachel is a RYT-200 with certifications in trauma-informed teaching and somatic embodiment. Her students can expect to explore anatomical alignment, meditation, and pranayama, yogic philosophy, poetry, sensory exploration, and optional hands-on assists. It is her Rachel's belief that, since yoga is about listening to the body, the breath and the spirit, it truly is for everyone!

Leanne began her yoga journey at the age of 50 - 7 years after overcoming breast cancer! When Leanne is not on the mat or traveling, she spends part of the year in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband. (Maybe you can guess what part of the year?) The remainder of the time, they reside in Wisconsin, where she enjoys family, lifelong friendships & outdoor activity. The biggest delight of her life is spending time with her five grandchildren.
