A Personal Trainer can help you stay motivated & eliminating exercise boredom. Monitor your progress towards fitness goals & keep you focused
Make sure that you are exercising safely, with proper technique
Accommodate and modify-specific functional needs: regarding arthritis, diabetes, heart conditions, obesity etc. Teach/Educate new and fun and exciting techniques to enhance your fitness program. Working with a Personal Trainer is one of the fastest, easiest and most successful ways to achieve your fitness goals. Session Consultation! Session typically last about 1 hour. During the session you can expect to be asked a lot of questions. Health History, exercise history, and during this session we will work together to determine your exercise goals. My journey to real food all started with a hospital trip years ago. Even though it was for something that was completely out of my control, it made me realize that I was ignoring my overall health.

I decided it was time to make a change and made my health my #1 priority. That was the best decision I ever made!

I started blogging about food and ingredients on Food Babe, sharing everything I was learning. I went on to launch my company , where I sell remarkable supplements.

If you normally reach for Nyquil or Robotussin when you are sick, you’ve got to check out the Reel I posted last night! These “medicines” are full of some pretty shady ingredients.

Here are some of the things I do each day to support my health:

⚡Drinking lemon water first thing in the morning - which helps the body flush toxins and provides a dose of vitamin C.

⚡Sleeping for at least 8 hours each night by not staying up late surfing and reading bad news.

⚡Eat lots of fruits and vegetables - and make green smoothies and salads for lunch.

⚡ Avoiding refined sugar – I love eating golden berries (full of Vitamin C) instead of sugar-filled snacks to curb my sweet tooth.

⚡ Taking my immune-support supplements religiously (like Vitamin D, Vitamin C)

⚡ Eating fermented foods and taking probiotics to promote good gut health and a healthy immune system.

⚡ Spending time outdoors with my family, taking long walks and playing at the park. In addition to getting regular exercise each morning.
