💙 Celebrating 10 Years of ABA Connections 💙
Today we’re celebrating 10 incredible years of ABA Connections, and I couldn’t let this milestone pass without reflecting on what truly made it possible.

Ten years ago, we took a leap of faith with a shared vision: to create a place where families feel supported, children are truly seen, and therapists feel valued. What started as a dream has grown into something so much bigger than we ever imagined.

To my business partner — thank you for taking this leap with me ten years ago. For believing in the vision, pushing through the hard days, celebrating the wins, and building something rooted in heart, integrity, and purpose. This journey wouldn’t be what it is without you.

To our amazing staff — past and present — thank you for showing up every day with compassion, patience, and dedication. You are the heart of ABA Connections. The work you do changes lives, and we are endlessly grateful for the care you give our clients and families.

👩‍🎓 Perfect Entry-Level Opportunity!
This is a great role for college students or individuals interested in education, psychology, or special education.

🧠 What You Need:
Minimum of a high school diploma
Experience with children preferred
Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Reliable transportation preferred 🚗

🎓 What We Offer:
Paid training
Support to help you become RBT certified
Ongoing supervision once certified
Hands-on experience in a rewarding field

Occupational Therapists and Special Instructors must have certification.
Speech Therapists must have certification or be in their CFY year.

📍 Service Areas:
Throughout Philadelphia, primarily Northeast Philadelphia and Manayunk

This month also marks Natalia’s one-year anniversary with ABA Connections, where she has made an incredible impact as an ABA Therapist. Natalia’s exceptional organizational and administrative skills shine through in everything she does—she consistently submits paperwork promptly and accurately, ensuring smooth operations for our team.

Known for her dependability, punctuality, and strong communication, Natalia always goes the extra mile. She takes initiative in finding unique reinforcers and stimuli tailored to each of her clients, fostering meaningful progress and engagement. A little late in posting but so happy to announce….

We would like to Congratulate Annie McCrane on being our May Employee of the Month!

Annie joined the ABA Connections team as a Special Instructor in September, and from day one, she has exemplified the qualities we value in our staff. Although she is an independent contractor, her commitment to her clients and their families stands out. Annie consistently goes above and beyond in her role, seamlessly collaborating with both our ABA team and IEP members to ensure the best outcomes for every client. Her exceptional administrative skills, including the timely and accurate submission of all paperwork and IEP documentation, have impressed us all. We’re thrilled to have Annie as part of our team!
