Our team consists of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and PA-Licensed Behavior Specialists with over 30 years experience collectively. We share a passion for providing the highest quality ABA therapy for children. Our goal is to help each child thrive in their family and community relationships. Our own personal and profesional experiences have motiviated us to connect all of the pieces necessary for each child to reach their highest potential.

This month also marks Natalia’s one-year anniversary with ABA Connections, where she has made an incredible impact as an ABA Therapist. Natalia’s exceptional organizational and administrative skills shine through in everything she does—she consistently submits paperwork promptly and accurately, ensuring smooth operations for our team.

Known for her dependability, punctuality, and strong communication, Natalia always goes the extra mile. She takes initiative in finding unique reinforcers and stimuli tailored to each of her clients, fostering meaningful progress and engagement. Her positive relationships with school staff and other EI professionals further demonstrate her dedication to collaboration and excellence.

We would like to Congratulate Annie McCrane on being our May Employee of the Month!

Annie joined the ABA Connections team as a Special Instructor in September, and from day one, she has exemplified the qualities we value in our staff. Although she is an independent contractor, her commitment to her clients and their families stands out. Annie consistently goes above and beyond in her role, seamlessly collaborating with both our ABA team and IEP members to ensure the best outcomes for every client. Her exceptional administrative skills, including the timely and accurate submission of all paperwork and IEP documentation, have impressed us all. We’re thrilled to have Annie as part of our team!
