Our team consists of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and PA-Licensed Behavior Specialists with over 30 years experience collectively. We share a passion for providing the highest quality ABA therapy for children. Our goal is to help each child thrive in their family and community relationships. Our own personal and profesional experiences have motiviated us to connect all of the pieces necessary for each child to reach their highest potential.

We would like to Congratulate Annie McCrane on being our May Employee of the Month!

Annie joined the ABA Connections team as a Special Instructor in September, and from day one, she has exemplified the qualities we value in our staff. Although she is an independent contractor, her commitment to her clients and their families stands out. Annie consistently goes above and beyond in her role, seamlessly collaborating with both our ABA team and IEP members to ensure the best outcomes for every client. Her exceptional administrative skills, including the timely and accurate submission of all paperwork and IEP documentation, have impressed us all. We’re thrilled to have Annie as part of our team!

Therapist Spotlight… Meet Marisa Andrade

After graduating from La Salle University in 2012, with a degree in Elementary and Special Education, Marisa began her career working as an ABA Instructor. Her years of dedication as an ABA Instructor, helped Marisa seamlessly progress to working as a Behavior Specialist Consultant.

Marisa has been contracting as a BSC for ABA Connections of PA for the past 7 years. She continues to demonstrate the same dedication and commitment to each client and family! Marisa conducts Funtional Behavior Assessments, develops Positive Behavior Support Plans and creates individualized programing for her clients. She works hand in hand with all members of the child’s IEP team and provides parent and teacher training and support.

During her free time, Marisa enjoys spending time with her two sons, watching them play sports, and all things Disney!
