We are so excited to offer a brand new class at FHY.
YOGA EVOLUTION SERIES (YES) A 60 minute upbeat and intense blend of the best FreedOM has to offer: Hot Pilates Bikram and Vinyasa. A set (choreographed) sequence with the therapeutic benefits of Bikram 26/2 and the strength and cardiovascular building properties of Hot Pilates and Vinyasa flow. Rebuild yourself from the inside out and have some fun along the way!

Over the next couple of months you will see this class pop up on the schedule as we introduce and fine tune this sequence to meet the needs of our students. Please join us and be among the first students to be a part of the YES MOVEMENT!!! It’s 🔥🔥🔥
