Experiences having a corporate wellness program with Garr Judd
Our team experienced greater physical and emotional well being while being on the program, simply from the accountability and contests. Internally, there was discussion around healthy habits and lifestyle adjustments, in a fun and productive way. Team members looked forward to their one on ones, and as a manager, I was pleasantly surprised at the positive energy this contributed.
Working with Garr and his team was both easy and enjoyable. We felt like they were cheerleaders of our success, but held us accountable (in a nice way) to our goals. Garr has such a calming and steady perspective and I have very much enjoyed my association and partnership with him.

I worked with Garr at a previous company; our HR team worked with his company to set up a wellness program. To me, it meant access to the gym and someone to workout with, it was easy to find someone at work who also wanted to go to the gym but wanted the accountability of a few of us counting on each other to be there each morning.
The eye-opener for me was the cessation program that they ran with our employees. We had several people join the program, 15-20. The one that sticks out to me was one of our managers who had been smoking for over 45 years. He had tried everything he could to quit and decided to join this program as it was provided by our company. He ended up quitting, not cold turkey, but over a two to three-week period. The change in his appearance was amazing, his energy and diet all changed for the better. He couldn’t believe the change himself, but those of us that we witnessing the change were amazed.
A wellness program can, in my opinion, is a great investment for any company. Healthy employees are usually happier and have better levels of energy around the office, which is contagious.
