Honestly, I was about to just let pass without much thought or promotion.

"Research shows that people pay greater attention and decrease multi-tasking when the camera is on." 🎥

🙋‍♀️ I am that person that will be "multi-tasking".

**As important as it is to consider the benefits of face to face. I think it is also important to remember the reality of others and their current arrangements.**

Not everyone is comfortable having the camera on, and I for one have had to learn it is not always possible to be on camera, 🤳 or even pick up the phone for a business call when my kids are around. 🥴

I wish I had a before picture ( ). This space was unfinished when we first bought the property for .rentals. No ceiling, (still no flooring) and an exposed water heater, furnace, and water softener. I knew it was the perfect space for a . I was determined to create a space where I could run all 2 (now going on 4) businesses and manage my family with a that allowed us to implement and .
