Feel your low back more than your glutes in a bridge?
You might be hinging into your spine instead of lifting with your hips đź‘€

👉 more pressure through your low back + core
Try this instead:
✨ Exhale before you lift
✨ Keep ribs stacked over pelvis
✨ Think “lift hips” not “arch up”
