Don’t panic—Mercury retrograde isn’t out to get you! While tech glitches, miscommunications, and travel delays might pop up, this is actually a powerful time to slow down, reflect, and realign.

Instead of fighting the energy, use it to:
🔄 Review old projects before starting new ones
💬 Reconnect with people from your past (but maybe not the ex who suddenly texts “Hey…”)
🧘‍♀️ Reevaluate your goals, mindset, and daily routines

Do you know what reiki is? ✨

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
