I don’t train at 4:30am because I’m “hardcore” I do it because I know come 6:30am, I have 14-16 hours ahead of me committed to everyone else but me. That quiet time before the sun rises, is the only time I get to work on me. It’s the time I get to fight my demons, to solve my problems, I get challenged and pushed to grow. That quiet time before the sunrises, it’s precious to me.

As 2025 is upon us, I have found myself reflecting on this past year and the beautiful growth that has happened within me and within Euphoria. I was able to accomplish many of my business goals and surprised myself with my ability to go with the flow instead of freaking out when things felt hard 🤪 I learned a lot, I was challenged, and I had fun. Being an entrepreneur truly is like that. I am continually growing and evolving and I am truly grateful for all of the experiences.
I would like to thank each of you who have wholeheartedly supported me and my small business. Thank you for trusting me with your bodies, minds, and souls. Thank you for sharing your hearts and stories with me. Thank you for inviting me into your lives. Thank you for your loyalty and love!!
I truly hope that you have felt my love for you and my profession through my touch and heart. I love you, I see you and I honor you.
As we go into a beautiful new year, I will continue to provide you with a safe, non- judgmental zone. A place of love, light and healing.
