Are you working through some health issues? I am. When you are feeling overwhelmed take a deep diaphragmatic breath and remind yourself it is temporary. Tell yourself, "it will be OK, you will heal". Be patient with yourself. Be as kind to yourself as you would to a good friend or family member. Allow yourself the time needed to heal. If there is one particular part of your body that really hurts, focus your attention on the parts that feel OK. Relax those parts of your body that are feeling well and allow the rest of your body to follow. After doing this, if you are feeling even a little bit better thank yourself for doing such a great job managing your mind and body and enjoy the moment.
