The medications we offer are Methadone, Buprenorphine, & Vivitrol delivered with Compassionate Counseling Services.

We accept all Medicaid and most Medicare plans. We are in network with Select Health, Molina, Healthy U, Health Choice, BCBS, (methadone program only) United Healthcare (methadone program only). Recovery works the same way—progress is progress, no matter how small. Whether someone is on day one or year ten, every step toward wellness deserves respect. We are grateful to walk beside our clients and families as they rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. If we choose hate, that is the focus which becomes our reality. When we choose love, this becomes our focus and our reality is of love.

💙 Gratitude & Recovery in Action 💙

True North Recovery & Wellness Center would like to sincerely thank David Craig Nagel for coming and sharing his powerful recovery story with our IOP clients. David spoke openly about overcoming addiction to drugs and alcohol while being married and raising six children, offering hope through lived experience and honesty.

He shared how his recovery included therapy, counseling, AA and NA, and the gift of sponsoring others—along with returning to college to earn an education in computer programming, leading to a career he remained in for over 35 years before retiring this year.

Our clients deeply appreciated David’s service, humility, and his ability to explain recovery in simple, meaningful ways. One message especially resonated with many:
“Just do the next right thing. And if you don’t know what the next right thing is, call somebody that will.”

Thank you, David, for your example, your service, and for reminding us that recovery is built one right step at a time.

On Friday we had the honor of welcoming Brooke Rushton to True North Recovery & Wellness Center. She shared her powerful recovery story through the eyes of a sister who lost her brother to addiction, and her message touched every heart in the room.

The spirit of recovery, healing, and service was present in a real and meaningful way. We’re grateful for Brooke’s courage, her voice, and the light she brings to others walking their own path.

A huge thank-you as well to her incredible support team—her mom, her son, and her spouse—for being there with her and for sharing words that were truly captivating.

Thank you, Brooke, for reminding us why we do what we do.
