Happy New Year! 🎉

May this year bring even more joy and growth than the last!

I love the fresh start a new year offers—it’s the perfect time to reflect, celebrate, and set intentions.

I’ve always been someone who enjoys setting goals at the start of the year.

It’s a chance to look back on all I accomplished, celebrate the wins, and show myself kindness for the areas where I didn’t quite meet my expectations.

With each passing year, I’ve come to appreciate the wisdom in focusing on what truly matters: relationships.

In my younger days, I relied heavily on the S.M.A.R.T. goal system.

While it served its purpose, I’ve since learned that the simplest and most meaningful goals revolve around love—for myself and for others.

It’s easy to overthink this, but the truth is, love and compassion are all we really need.

This philosophy has deeply shaped my approach to work.

I’ve always tried to see each patient as a member of my extended family, and I believe this mindset has been key to our clinic’s success.

My dad once told me, “If you love your work, it will never feel like work.” He couldn’t have been more right.

Here’s to a year filled with love, compassion, and connection!

Happy 10 years!!!!! YAHOO!!!! We have been serving Utah County for 10 years this month! We have been trying to figure out how to celebrate this milestone... what better way than with ICE CREAM!! Getting your atlas corrected can work crazy miracles!

This 14-year-old girl came to us this week and has had chronic pain up and down her whole spine. In the exam, we found 6 myotomes and 3 cranial nerves that were severely weak. In the x-ray we found that her scoliosis had two curves at 19.5 and 17.8 degrees.

After her atlas correction, ALL of her cranial nerves turned back on, all but one myotome came back on, and her scoliosis improved significantly to 14.2 and 11.2 degrees!

She told me today that she slept a lot better and felt taller.

We LOVE music at Sound Corrections Chiropractic! Those of you who come to the office have commented several times on our music choices. I believe that music is an important aspect of healing that oftentimes is ignored.

I try to get great music every day and often seem to have a hard time fine-tuning what playlist to do. My friend Jenna Cabe loves music too - so I asked her to make a playlist for me. We are excited to have a podcast with Dr. Cameron Bearder later this month. He is another innovator in the Upper Cervical Chiropractic community. We met up at a seminar last year and we hit it off as we view chiropractic similarly. Both of us challenge the status quo and challenge our own beliefs.
