Read that again. And again. And one more time!!!!

The world today, including social media seems to be designed to make you feel like you’re missing a piece of the puzzle. Spoiler alert: You aren’t!!

You don’t need to «earn» your place at the table. You don’t need to hit a certain number on the scale or the bank account to be worthy of respect and self-love.

You were enough on day one, and you’re enough today. Period!

Remember this for a day when your inner critic is being a bit too loud.

Hey! What are you up to today? I hope you are including doing something you want to do! 😃

Lately life has been pretty hectic and busy and I felt I was falling out of the balance with who I am. I knew I needed rest and recharge and doing small things that were good for me.so that I could show up as the best version of me in all the different areas of life,. Work, relationships, health, wellbeing, a sense of purpose, fulfillment and satisfaction. It’s all a balancing act!

Sometimes it’s just a little thing that’s needed to rebalance and get back to a more balanced version of you. One who’s not constantly fatigued, tired, stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, angry, frustrated and unfulfilled. Sometimes a little more is needed but as you keep showing up for yourself every day with that little care and alignment; your body and energy will respond so much better and you will feel happier, more at peace and more fulfilled.

Sometimes you need to do something you WANT to do before you do what you need to do or have to do. Give yourself a break today and everyday from now on and ask yourself;
what is one small thing I can do today that shows me that my wants and needs matter and that will bring me joy, peace and/or satisfaction?

Conscious, consistent choices will direct you in the direction you want to head towards. More joy, fulfillment, satisfaction, peace, purpose and feeling content💛

What is one thing you WILL do today to CHOOSE the path of peace, love , joy and happiness?

Take a walk?
Ask for a hug?
Write a letter?
Sit in the sun?
Read a book?
Do the one thing you have been putting off for like forever and then reward yourself afterwards?
Sing?
Dance?
Connect with a friend?
Connect with God?

Whatever it is, it’s your choice and you get to make it! So today and tomorrow and all the days after, make the choice to do something that fills your cup, brings peace to your soul and good feelings back to your heart again

If you’ve ever tried to “stay positive” when you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck — and felt like you were failing — you’re not.

Nothing is wrong with you.

The emotional scale (often shared by Abraham Hicks) shows emotions ranging from fear, grief, and frustration up to hope, joy, and peace. But what’s often missing from the conversation is this:

Your body has to feel safe before your emotions can rise.
Emotional States Live in the Body

When you experience stress, trauma, or emotional overwhelm — especially if it wasn’t fully processed — that emotional energy doesn’t just disappear.

It gets stored.

Over time, these stored emotions can make it feel impossible to:
• “Move on”
• Stay regulated
• Feel hopeful
• Access joy consistently

This is why mindset work alone sometimes isn’t enough.
You Don’t Jump Up the Scale — You Release What’s Holding You Down

You’re not meant to leap from sadness to happiness.

Real change happens when the emotional weight stored in the body is released, allowing your system to naturally move into better-feeling states.

We’ve been taught that putting ourselves last is a badge of honor and that exhaustion is proof of our value. But let’s be honest: ignoring your own needs doesn’t make you a hero—it just leaves you invisible in your own life.

True strength isn’t about how much you can endure; it’s about having the courage to set boundaries and recognize that you are worthy of your own care.

You cannot pour from an empty cup, and you certainly can’t shine if you’re only ever “surviving.”
