Hey! What are you up to today? I hope you are including doing something you want to do! 😃
Lately life has been pretty hectic and busy and I felt I was falling out of the balance with who I am. I knew I needed rest and recharge and doing small things that were good for me.so that I could show up as the best version of me in all the different areas of life,. Work, relationships, health, wellbeing, a sense of purpose, fulfillment and satisfaction. It’s all a balancing act!
Sometimes it’s just a little thing that’s needed to rebalance and get back to a more balanced version of you. One who’s not constantly fatigued, tired, stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, angry, frustrated and unfulfilled. Sometimes a little more is needed but as you keep showing up for yourself every day with that little care and alignment; your body and energy will respond so much better and you will feel happier, more at peace and more fulfilled.
Sometimes you need to do something you WANT to do before you do what you need to do or have to do. Give yourself a break today and everyday from now on and ask yourself;
what is one small thing I can do today that shows me that my wants and needs matter and that will bring me joy, peace and/or satisfaction?
Conscious, consistent choices will direct you in the direction you want to head towards. More joy, fulfillment, satisfaction, peace, purpose and feeling content💛
What is one thing you WILL do today to CHOOSE the path of peace, love , joy and happiness?
Take a walk?
Ask for a hug?
Write a letter?
Sit in the sun?
Read a book?
Do the one thing you have been putting off for like forever and then reward yourself afterwards?
Sing?
Dance?
Connect with a friend?
Connect with God?
Whatever it is, it’s your choice and you get to make it! So today and tomorrow and all the days after, make the choice to do something that fills your cup, brings peace to your soul and good feelings back to your heart again
