Open your heart and mind to an evening of sound healing to celebrate the full moon! We will re-tune our bodies to an optimal frequency and quiet our minds by resting and being in a blissful state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. In this state you are primed to find heightened clarity, calm and creativity!
We will start with a movement meditation to balance, heal, and clear our energy centers as well as connect to our bodies, moving energy and creating space to feel more centered and aligned. You’ll be invited to sing a world spirit song to help us come into our hearts and release dopamine, endorphins, oxytocin, and serotonin to promote well-being and connection to others.
Receive the sound healing effects of the gong, singing bowls, voice, handpan, rattles, chimes, and more! All of the instruments you’ll hear have powerful sound waves that can dislodge energy blocks and help you enter a theta brainwave dream-like trance state. Everyone is welcome!

Detox Flow emphasizes sequencing that aids in detoxification of the body.

This specialty class will begin with a dynamic power yoga flow in a heated room. Prepare to sweat and to be challenged as you are led through twists, leg balances, and core work. The class will end with restorative poses, cool washcloths and a hydrating refreshment that will leave you feeling renewed and ready to take on the new year!

Our Moonlight Gatherings are a community offering open to all and free of charge. On the eve of each full moon we will gather to connect, reflect and ground our yoga practice. Together, we will:
- Begin with a grounding ritual to honor the full moon and set intentions
- Experience the nourishment of restorative yoga to soften and restore the body
- Guided journaling or creative expression (writing or art)
- Share a line or reflection with the group
- Close in community, carrying our insights back into daily life
