If you missed our newsletter, we shared our recipe for our tasty chicken tenders.

Ingredients
4 oz chicken breast, cut into strips.
1/2 tsp. VitaLife Hawaiian Salt.
1/4 tsp. black pepper.
1/4 tsp. garlic powder.
1/4 tsp. paprika.
1/8 tsp. cayenne.
3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes.
3 tbsp. water.

Directions
Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees and line your baking sheet with parchment. Cut your chicken breast into strips, sprinkle with salt, and set aside. Prepare the "batter" by mixing together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne and yeast flakes in a bowl. Whisk in water 1 tablespoon at a time until you have a thick but runny batter. Dip chicken strips into the batter until fully coated and place on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. With the serving size being 4 ounces, this will come out to 137 calories. Enjoy these yummy chicken tenders with a side of our classic or spicy tomato ketchup!
