Sometimes a repair is not always possible. These photos show an example of an irreparable tear of the hip labrum. Dr. Watson utilized advanced techniques to reconstruct the labrum with a donor tendon graft!

is a common shoulder injury in active individuals. This gentleman underwent a rotator cuff repair. These pictures show a top down and intraarticular view of the supraspinatus and a view of the subscapularis, each of which were repaired. The repair pictures show restoration of normal anatomy. The patient was pain free by 4 months postop!
