for is a growing field and one of Dr. Watson's specialties. This patient has classic findings of CAM impingement, where the femoral head is not spherical. The x-rays show a pre-op and post-op changes with restoration of normal head-neck offset. The arthroscopic images show a labral tear that has been repaired along with resection of the CAM lesion. Dynamic exam can be performed intraoperatively to show resolution of his hip impingement.
