“I have a passion for helping people feel their best. I specialize in a wide range of techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, thai massage, sports massage, and prenatal massage. I tailor every session to meet each patient’s unique needs, always aiming to create a space where healing and comfort go hand in hand. Whether you’re coming in for pain relief, recovery, stress relief, or a little “me time” - my goal is to help you feel better, move better, and live better.

I received my license from the New School for Massage, where I learned not just the techniques of bodywork therapy, but the power of personalized care. I plan to continue my education in a more clinical direction in the future, such as chiropractic care or acupuncture therapy, to expand the ways I can support patient’s health.

Joining the team recently at Chiro-Med Health & Wellness Center is an exciting step for me being able to fuse my massage skills with their chiropractic care. I’m looking forward to being apart of a collaborative, patient-centered environment. I take great pride in offering thoughtful, individualized care—no matter why someone walks through the door—I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of each patient’s journey to better health.”
