Getting some fresh air and tranquility in the winter months is important- one of my favorites. I heard on a Dr Huberman podcast this week that we need about 10 mins in the morning and eve each day as well as 30 min during the day of light outside. Uh oh I need a new belt time!

2.5 weeks ago I started a nutritional detox program and red light 7 visits, all pain and circulation settings.
