Most people know what triggers are.
Glimmers are the other side of that.
They’re the small things that help your nervous system settle.
Even if it’s just a little.
A quiet moment.
Being outside.
A song you don’t skip.
Someone you can relax around.
Nothing dramatic.
And easy to miss.
Especially when your brain is focused on scanning for danger.
But they’re there.
And the more you notice them, the more you start to understand what actually helps you feel okay.
That’s useful.
