I weighed nearly 285 lbs.
She was struggling with insulin resistance and PCOS.
She literally hit rock bottom.

Guess who came to save her? NOBODY.
She saved herself.
& Now she's here to remind you that you too can take it all back, your power, your life, your goals and dreams.

I am 7 months pregnant with my 6th child.
(That I was told I could never have...) 😘🥰🤰🏾

Don't tell me I can't do something... Because once upon a time, I was diagnosed with a severe endocrine disorder that left a "Dr" actually telling me to my face that I would never have kids. Full stop. I love a good challenge, so don't tell me I can't do nothin'!! 😜

I have been practicing yoga for nearly 15 years now, I have been a 200 hour certified instructor since 2017. Not only did I complete 9 months of YTT, pregnant, but I went on and I graduated one month before birthing my 3rd child into the world.

As a survivor of multiple traumatic brain injuries that occured in my early 20s, I have fully come to grips with the fact that these "lessons" actually held serious blessings as they shifted me onto a Shamanic Healers' path, initiating me, teaching me how to hone on my craft and really learn to in ways some will never understand.

Come have a conversation with me. I promise I'll leave your soul feeling expanded and lighter. I promise to always keep it real and genuine, and I will always continue to lead by example because I know that whether you love me or hate me, you're still here cause you love the vibes. 😘😘😘

Even on our hardest days, I still find myself falling a little bit more in love with you, even after all these years later.
I love how we still make every day feel like the world is ours as we co create this beautiful tropical life together. 🌴❤️‍🔥

The magic, the memories and all the babies in between,
we continue to defeat the odds stacked against us.
We continue to show and teach our family the love and strength we never knew growing up.

Building our Legacy and Empire is my favorite thing to do with you, and although I don't tell you this enough--
Chris, my love, my best friend, my life--I am so grateful for the love, the laughs, the conscious conversations and the understanding that we've developed and maintained together over the past 15 years of creating our own love story. ❣️
