After three months off for my post partum period, it feels so damn good to be back in the studio with these beautiful souls. At the start of the last quarter, I asked if we could change Yoga Body Sculpt to HOT Foundation and my management team happily agreed. I think it's safe to say, they want those hot studio vibes, even on a Sunday morning.
It's giving the most sacred, healing vibes on a Sunday morning!! And I am so here for it. 🤸🏾‍♀️🥹😍😇🥰🙏🏾✨
