Receive a FREE medical health screening at our Outlook Clinic! 📋❤️‍🩹

Orange County, Florida Government's Community Health Team will be conducting free health screenings at our Outlook Clinic on Tuesday, January 27th from 1:30 PM to 3 PM located at 901 W Church St, Orlando, FL 32805. We are accepting Outlook Clinic patients and walk ins for the health screenings but they must be uninsured or low-income residents of Orange County.
