What's up with Beach Yoga?
It's pretty spectacular if you have the right stuff:
1) yoga blanket or beach blanket (not a sticky mat)
2) water to drink AND to rinse those sandy feet
3) eco-friendly, sunscreen
4) hat to shield your face and scalp from the sun
5) no phone, no phone, no phone! That's one thing to leave behind so you can be fully present on the beach.
