This week at The Urban Ashram brings together special events centered on ritual, celebration, and shared intention — including 108 Sun Salutations for the Winter Solstice, Midnight at 7 on New Year’s Eve, and a day-long New Year’s Day series to gently greet the year ahead.

Many of our regular practices also continue, offering multiple entry points for reflection, movement, and community as we move into the New Year. ✨
