This is how I strive to feel every single day—and it’s up to each of us to create that reality. Yes, I’m a medical provider who serves women’s health, but that’s not why I’m sharing this. I’m speaking as a woman, standing alongside thousands of others who are navigating this very same transition.

If I can offer my personal stories and sprinkle in some medical insight, then my mission is fulfilled. So here’s to embracing this season—it isn’t easy, but we can make it through. Please know: you are not alone, you are not “going crazy,” and there is real help available. From treatments to supplements, from lifestyle support to holistic care, relief is within reach.

Today at my OBGYN’s office, I was getting routine blood work and diagnostic testing when my doctor knocked, walked in, and casually asked, “So, how’s your practice?”

For a moment I looked around the room, almost wondering who he was talking to. Then he smiled and said, “I’m talking to you—don’t you have a medical practice downtown? How’s it going—kicking ass and taking names?”

I laughed, pulled my exam top together like it was a jacket, and said, “Yes sir, I do—and I’m doing my best.”

That moment reminded me of something powerful: too often we let other people’s words shrink what we’ve built. We let phrases like “your little side business” or “that thing you’re doing” take root in our minds, instead of standing firmly in what it really is.

So let me say it clearly: at TPMS, we don’t run a “little side business.” We’ve built a medical aesthetics practice that combines clinical expertise with a luxury wellness experience. Every treatment plan is personalized around your goals, health, and confidence—because you deserve results that look good and feel even better.
