🧠✨ It’s not “What’s wrong with me?”
It’s “What happened to me — and how did it shape the way I feel, think, and connect?”
Trauma isn’t only the big, visible events. Sometimes it’s the quiet moments where you had to stay strong, shut down your feelings, or felt unheard and unsafe.
These experiences don’t just disappear — they shape how we protect ourselves today.
💡 Psychoeducation:
What happened: moments of loss, rejection, fear, or emotional neglect.
How it felt: unsafe, unseen, powerless, “not enough.”
How it shaped you: anxiety, perfectionism, avoidance, or people-pleasing.
💪 Healing starts with awareness:
1️⃣ Notice your reactions with compassion — they were once survival skills.
2️⃣ Practice grounding: deep breaths, body scans, mindful movement.
3️⃣ Rewrite the story — “I’m safe now, and I can feel without fear.”
4️⃣ Seek spaces (therapy, journaling, support) where your story can be held safely.
🌷Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself — it’s about understanding how your past built your patterns, and choosing new ones with love.
